Spool ("the service") is a web application operated by Xileit Limited for designing barcode labels and sending print jobs to thermal printers on your own network.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the confidentiality of your credentials, and the actions of users you invite into your company workspace. Company owners control team membership.
Label designs, images and data you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to store and process them solely to operate the service. We do not sell your content or use it for anything other than providing the service.
Don't attempt to access other companies' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided during early access free of charge, "as is", without warranties. Features may change. We aim for high availability and durable storage but recommend exporting critical label designs (.xld) as a backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xileit Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including misprinted labels — always test-print before production runs.
You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your workspace and its data. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
