Account details (email, display name), your company name, the label designs and images you create or upload, saved printer addresses, and an audit log of notable actions (sign-ups, invites, deletions, print jobs) so workspace owners can see what happened.
Only to operate the service: authentication, storing and rendering your labels, sending transactional email (confirmation, password reset, invitations), and keeping your workspace secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure (SQL Database) in our hosting region. Print jobs travel from your browser through the print bridge on your own network directly to your printers — label print data does not pass through our servers.
We use essential cookies only: a sign-in session cookie and an anti-forgery token. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Label version history is retained (last 20 revisions per label). Deleting a label, image, or workspace removes the underlying data. You can request full deletion of your workspace at any time.
